Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we can not offer a return on your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at support@oleyhemp.com so that we can assist you.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will then issue you a return label, once we inspect the items we will determine if the items are in fact damaged. We must inspect the items prior to a refund being issued.

If you are enrolled in a subscription plan and we have already processed and shipped your most recent order under your active subscription, any cancellation or pause request submitted after shipment will not apply to that order. Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for return or refund.
